About Us

Early Care & Education provides high-quality care and learning for children from infancy through Private Kindergarten, along with an enriching school-age summer camp and our innovative before-and-after-school program, STEM Station. Our preschools and before/after school programs go beyond state and national standards, setting a new benchmark for early education. 

We believe in a balanced approach that fosters academic readiness while allowing children to learn through play. Our research-backed curriculum emphasizes social and emotional development, physical education, sensory exploration, dual-language learning, and critical thinking—ensuring each child is not only prepared for public education but also supported in their natural curiosity and joy. Above all, we prioritize creating a happy, engaging environment where children thrive. 

All Early Care & Education schools use Conscious Discipline, a nationally recognized approach that focuses on building strong emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills. It helps children learn how to identify and manage their feelings, solve problems peacefully, and build healthy, respectful relationships.

In our classrooms, you’ll see teachers modeling calm, kindness, and problem-solving strategies — instead of using traditional timeouts or punishments. We create what we call a ‘School Family,’ where every child feels safe, connected, and valued. This sense of belonging helps children feel confident and ready to learn.
