At Early Care and Education Coppell in Flower Mound, Texas, Mrs. Heather brings a blend of early childhood leadership, family-centered care, and hands-on learning to her role as School Director. She began working in Early Childhood Education in 2012 and holds an Associate Degree in Arts & Science, along with a Culinary Diploma and Director’s Certification. Her background gives her a practical, creative approach to building programs where children feel safe, engaged, and ready to explore.

Since joining the organization in June 2025, Mrs. Heather has focused on supporting strong classroom experiences across infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs. She values a positive campus culture where educators feel equipped and encouraged, and where children benefit from meaningful, active learning each day.

Mrs. Heather and her husband have three children—two sons and one daughter—and their family loves traveling and visiting theme parks together. Gardening is also special to her because it reminds her of time spent with her parents and grandparents. Whether she is cooking, riding roller coasters, or playing games with her family, she brings the same warmth and connection into her leadership, with a mission to help children thrive, educators grow, and families feel valued.

From the moment you walk in, Akira and Melanie at the front desk make you feel so welcomed. They are always kind, helpful, and set such a positive tone for the day. Ms. Heather, the new director, has been amazing. Her communication with parents is consistent and clear, which I really appreciate. It makes a big difference knowing we’re always informed and heard. My son’s teacher, Ms. Lexy, truly goes above and beyond. She not only communicates with me regularly, but she also understands my expectations and exceeds them every time. It gives me so much confidence in my son’s care and learning. I also want to recognize Ms. Lilly and Rashmi, along with the rest of the staff. The entire team creates such a supportive and respectful environment. My son is minimally speaking, and they treat him with so much patience, respect, and genuine care. They also show the same level of respect to the therapists who come to work with him, which means a lot to me. Overall, this school gives me real peace of mind every single day. I’m so grateful to have found a place where my son is truly valued and supported.

We had a wonderful experience at this school. It is a warm nurturing environment, I loved the structured activities and themes they have planned for the students. The playground is nice and they offered some extracurricular activities, soccer time was our child’s favorite. Everyone that works there is kind and you can tell they care about the children, Ms. Fauzia is such a wonderful teacher she is organized and patient. They also have a fun summer camp program.They send updates on the app about what they are doing and photos of your child so you can keep up with their day. I recommend this school to anyone looking for a trustworthy loving place to put their children.

We are truly grateful for our experience at Early Care Coppell. Our child has flourished in this nurturing and well-structured environment, and the dedication of the staff is exceptional. Melonie, Kiarra and Heather are consistently supportive and attentive, making the balance of parenting and a full work schedule far more manageable. His teacher, Bertha, demonstrates genuine care and warmth, fostering a connection that our child deeply cherishes. Even the meals prepared by Ms. Paris are thoughtfully done and consistently enjoyed. Very friendly and family oriented , Mrs Kiara coordinated everything very well and walked us through everything . Ms Mel was very welcoming and sweet , Ms Paris’s cakes and chocolate covered strawberries were amazing ! Mrs Heather was very welcoming and kind! We love our ECE family!
