At Early Care and Education Coppell in Flower Mound, Texas, Mrs. Heather brings a blend of early childhood leadership, family-centered care, and hands-on learning to her role as School Director. She began working in Early Childhood Education in 2012 and holds an Associate Degree in Arts & Science, along with a Culinary Diploma and Director’s Certification. Her background gives her a practical, creative approach to building programs where children feel safe, engaged, and ready to explore. 

Since joining the organization in June 2025, Mrs. Heather has focused on supporting strong classroom experiences across infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs. She values a positive campus culture where educators feel equipped and encouraged, and where children benefit from meaningful, active learning each day. 

Mrs. Heather and her husband have three children—two sons and one daughter—and their family loves traveling and visiting theme parks together. Gardening is also special to her because it reminds her of time spent with her parents and grandparents. Whether she is cooking, riding roller coasters, or playing games with her family, she brings the same warmth and connection into her leadership, with a mission to help children thrive, educators grow, and families feel valued.
