School Director
Ms. Brandee is the School Director at Arlington Early Care and Education. She has been dedicated to the early education industry since 2010 and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in 2016. Ms. Brandee joined Early Care and Education in June 2015, starting as a Pre-K teacher and Conscious Discipline Ambassador at the Southlake location before transitioning to the Arlington campus as Director in 2018.
She and her husband, Brian, are proud parents of two teenage daughters, Alexa and Edith. In her free time, Ms. Brandee enjoys hiking, exploring new places, practicing calligraphy, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
Passionate about early education, Ms. Brandee’s goal is to provide every child with high-quality care and education. Through the principles of Conscious Discipline, she strives to help families thrive, fostering love and connection in a supportive environment.

Absolutely wonderful staff! My son Adrian started here at 6 months old and we have been enrolled for over a year. The teachers genuinely care about students and seeing them succeed. Management is very prompt with answering phone calls and emails. The teachers are great about providing daily updates. We have had an incredible experience and I would highly recommend this daycare.

I wanted to give it time before I left a review, but oh my goodness. My son LOVES this place. We came from another daycare where his teacher seemed to have developmentally unrealistic expectations of the kids and was frankly, really mean. When he started crying every morning that he didn’t want to go to school, I knew it was time for a change. Let me just say the front desk staff are the sweetest people. Amy and Emily are rays of sunshine. They hire the best teachers - special shout-out to Miss Cece, Miss Vanessa and Miss Stephanie. He’s advanced to a new class, and Miss Leslie and Miss Marissa deserve a huge shoutout too. My kid is always so happy to come in, happy when I pick him up, and he’s learned SO much. I love getting the weekly newsletter with the lesson plan. This place is a dream. Thank you to all the staff for taking SUCH good care of Arlo!

My child has been going here for 2 years and I love it! All of the staff members are friendly and professional, management is always accessible, owners are usually on sight, front and center. If I ever had a concern, it was handled immediately. The highlight for me is that the same teachers that were there when we started are still here. The employees seem to enjoy working there which has a huge impact on the environment.
