Ms. Diedre began her career in early childhood education in 1998, inspired by a desire to work close to her son — a decision that led to a deep passion for supporting children and their families. She holds an associate degree in Arts/Business, a Child Development License, a Preschool CDA, and an Early Childhood Education Diploma.
Married with three children and two grandchildren, Ms. Diedre’s family also includes a dog, a cat, and several fish tanks. In her free time, she enjoys mountain biking, cheering on the Dallas Stars and Mavericks, and following F1 racing.
Ms. Diedre is committed to creating high-quality educational environments where children can grow and thrive. With 90% of a child’s adult brain volume developed by the age of six, she believes these early years are essential. As a proud early educator, she is honored to help shape future generations and make a lasting impact on the lives of children.

My kids have been attending this center since last summer and have loved it. The teachers do so much planning to make sure the kids have the most enriching and entertaining time. The kids are already looking forward to summer activities!

We have been sending our daughter to this school for a little over a year now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The facility is spotless, creating a hygienic environment for the children. The staff members, from the front desk to the teachers, are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel reassured every time we drop off our daughter. We are impressed by the school's commitment to providing a high level of security and safety. We love how much our daughter feels at home there. The staff takes the time to build a strong connection with her, making her comfortable and happy in their care. The dedication they show in teaching her new concepts is evident, and we appreciate the well-planned curriculums that guide their instruction. Wheww where to start… we were here from 5/24 - 10/24 Mr.Caleb, is outstanding. He is why I felt so at ease leaving my 10 yr old (who is type 1 diabetic) in the summer program. My daughter and nephew adore him. He’s left an everlasting mark on their hearts for sure. He is patient, he is observant to their individual needs, he is caring (genuinely genuinely caring!) he goes the extra mile for his kids! We all love Mr. Caleb I also have a 2 and 3 year old…. Now When we came here I was more apprehensive because there weren’t live cameras that I could watch..and we came from a daycare where my 3 year old was physically hurt by a teacher on camera . I was in shambles to say the least. But I would like to publicly say how GREAT Ms. Ally (or Allie), Ms. Raven, Ms. Nevaeh, Ms. Paige, and Ms.Jenny were to my babies and it showed everyday that I picked them up, and every morning that I dropped them off. “I like it! I like it” as my son would point to the daycare or “Ms ally my best frien” “Ms raven my best frien” my daughter would say… I can’t really put into words how much it means to me. They took so much stress and anxiety off of me. I was at ease when my kids were with them and my kids were happy more importantly! The level of care they gave my babies was top tier. I can’t speak for the other age groups but these particular teachers really really really are special. I appreciate every hug, every smile, & the bonds that were made. If you care about the character of teachers, and their demeanor with your child, and want someone who seems to actually want to be there…. You’re at the right place. This matters to me! Good teachers matter! Good caretakers matter! Children being safe, happy, and comfortable away from their parents matter!!! ❤️ (oh, there was also a teacher next to ms Jenny’s class that my son would go to after 6 pm, I think of Hispanic descent, sorry if I’m wrong, but shout out to her too bc my son never wanted to leave her class. They would be in there dancing, her energy was radiant as well…) We recently left bc of the long commute, thinking that I found a place with cameras, and teachers that would be good to my kids. And they aren’t terrible but they aren’t Ms ally, Ms raven, ms nevaeh, Ms Jenny, or Ms Paige. I would drive double the distance to have my babies comfortable and happy again. We will be back.

I absolutely love this school. My son is going into kindergarten and we’re so sad to be leaving. Lauren at the front is so sweet. Any time I’ve had concerns, they were handled professionally and courteously by upper management. They’re huge on safety and communicate so well with parents. They do so many cool activities and give updates throughout the day. Ms. Martha is incredible and really set my son up for success. I feel safe and secure dropping my son off every day. I will recommend this place to anyone!

My son has gone to this location in the past during holiday and summer breaks. I dropped him off this morning for the first time since school was let out and he was super excited. He told me this is one of his most favorite places. I like this location because I'm seeing familiar faces, meaning there's not a lot of turnover. Also I know that this isn't just a "daycare". Though it is a place for him to go during the day and play, he's also learning. 10 Out of 10 Recommend!
