Ms. Diedre brings nearly three decades of Early Childhood Education experience to Early Care and Education in North Richland Hills. Since beginning her career in 1998, she has developed a steady, knowledgeable leadership style grounded in quality care and developmental growth. She holds an Associate of Applied Science in Business, along with her Child Development Associate Credential, State Director’s Credential/License, and CPR/First Aid certification. 

Since joining the organization in May 2022, Ms. Diedre has supported infant, toddler, preschool, Pre-K, before and after school, and summer/holiday programs with a focus on strong educational foundations. She believes the preschool years are especially important and works to create environments where children have space, support, and encouragement to grow. 

A native Texan from the Fort Worth area, Ms. Diedre and her husband have three children, two grandchildren, a dog named Simon, a cat named Sophie, and several fish tanks. She enjoys watching hockey and F1 racing, mountain biking, and solving mystery puzzles with her son. Her work as an early educator is driven by the opportunity to influence future generations during some of the most meaningful years of development.

We have had such a great experience here for my son and daughter over the past 2.5 years! The teachers are incredible and truly care about the kids. My kids adore Sierah, Ashlyn, Ms. Harris, Breanna, Nichole, and Miranda. I have a background in education, and I truly feel that the teachers at ECE have prepared my children so well for their next step at school! We also love that they provide wonderful meals during the day; Ms Kris does a great job with this and my kids run to the kitchen to say hi to her every morning!

I would like to Take a moment and recognize the hard work that these women put into our children every single day. My daughter is absolutely love, showing up to daycare every day to see their teachers and their friends. I would recommend this daycare to anybody who wants to Try daycare for their child. It is very safe and the staff is very caring for each and every child. My son has the teachers Lora bislop And Amanda Plymate Those two teachers are so sweet with babies and so nurturing, and just really make sure that my son is well protected while being surrounded by plenty of other babies Paige Anna Justice Nicole Maranda All those teachers, I have just listed and have made sure my children have fun and are safe and are still learning at the same Amazing teachers and amazing staff members. Everybody should honestly be recognized, My children have been here for four years couldn’t ask for a better day care.

It’s wonderful being able to trust people with your children. I have two daughters that attend here and everyone has been kind and caring from the infant room to pre k. Brianna, Sierah, Ashlyn, Paige, Sydney, Anna, Ms. Harris, and Carolyn do a phenomenal job of communicating and making our kids feel welcome. We are always greeted when we walk in and are updated on all necessary information. I truly appreciate the work these wonderful people do every day to provide a safe and happy environment for my girls! They go beyond 5 stars.

We started at this daycare a year ago and after where our son went since birth this was a tough choice. We absolutely love it though. The staff especially Mrs Breanna, Ms Nickole, and Mrs Harris have been fantastic. These three ladies always keep us updated and my son adores all three of them. We truly appreciate the whole staff and highly recommend coming to this center. The classrooms are always clean, rarely do we see any major illnesses and communication is great. Our old center our son was sick every other week and there was clutter. At NRH Early Care and Education no clutter and hiding spaces for kids you can see the children from any spot and that truly sold us. Thank you ladies for all you do for our son! Keep up the amazing work!

When our previous daycare abruptly closed last October, it sent our family into a panic trying to find a new daycare for our infant. Luckily we found out that one of our son's teachers (Lora) at the daycare that closed was hired by NRH Early Care. We knew our baby was in good hands with her so we went to check out NRH Early Care. It turns out that the old daycare closing was truly a blessing for our family because otherwise we would not have found NRH Early Care. The office staff made the process of switching him to their center so smooth. I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful all of the staff members are. My child absolutely adores every one of the teachers there - Lora, Paige, Sierah, and Ashlyn are just incredible. At drop-off he is always so happy to see all the teachers and ready to see what exciting plans they have prepared for the day.
